“Too many disputes arise because wills no longer reflect a person’s current intentions.”
He also emphasised the value of keeping superannuation nominations current and having open discussions with family members about estate intentions.
“Keeping superannuation nominations up to date, and having open conversations with family members about estate intentions, can also significantly reduce the risk of future disputes.”
