Joshua has maintained an exclusive practice in family law throughout the entirety of his career with a particular focus on corporate structures, equitable remedies, taxation liabilities and crypto assets. He is endlessly curious about the challenges facing the modern family unit. He is experienced in cases involving family violence and risk, and is sensitive to the needs of clients and their children.
He is deeply versed in relevant case law legislation and social science literature. He is an active listener with an extraordinary attention to detail.
Joshua is qualified with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (English) from the Australian National University. He actively bridges his legal education with storytelling skills of his English major.
