Molli has worked primarily in Family Law since graduating Bond University with a Juris Doctor. Prior to Molli attending law school in Australia, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario in Canada.

Molli is trained in Collaborative Practice and approaches matters in a compassionate way in order to achieve the best outcome for her clients. Although Molli strives to achieve positive settlements through negotiation and other alternative dispute methods, she is highly proficient and confident in appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Molli has extensive knowledge in many areas of the law and has acted for clients in a variety of matters including complex property matters involving trusts and corporate structures and represents clients in a variety of parenting matters involving family violence, substance abuse and child recovery.
